Meet Nathan
Nathan Loe is the standing mixologist of Hearth & Harbor. Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago before emigrating to Western Massachusetts, he always held an interest in not only Culinary Arts, but the beverage world as well. His interest in hospitality, greater mixology, and non-alcoholic spirits can be seen reflected in the ever-evolving drink menu, each carefully designed and paired to each dish perfectly.
